A3: Yes, we do have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. Typically, the MOQ is set at 1000 pieces for the majority of our LEDs, except for white color and warm white LEDs.

A4: We understand the importance of evaluating our products before making a substantial purchase. We offer some free of charge samples for most of the LEDs but please agree to bear the freight for the sample delivery.

A5: Once the payment is confirmed, we strive to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery. In general, delivery leadtime for most orders is 7-10 days after payment is confirmed. If shipping by express, the shipment takes 5-7 days to arrive by air.
